What is Collaborate Ultra?

Blackboard Collaborate Ultra is a video conferencing tool that lets you set up real-time online sessions with your students. In Collaborate Ultra, you can add files, share applications, and use a virtual whiteboard to interact.

Note: You can live chat with an agent at Collaborate’s support page (select “Chat with Agent” in the “Support” section). We also recommend you share the support link with your students prior to your first Collaborate Ultra session.
